Michael Raymond is the President and Founder of Raymond Representation. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Utilizing his extensive network in the sports marketing industry, combined with his professional and creative savviness, Michael has become a leader in the NIL and marketing space over the past several years, bringing Raymond Representation to the forefront of athlete and influencer representation.

Michael has formed a diverse and resourceful team in the Raymond Rep family, all of whom have become experts in formulating collaborations and sponsorship deals between brands and Raymond Rep clients. While Michael is a leader to so many, he also understands the importance of continuous education, and has surrounded himself with several experts and mentors in the sports industry. His mentors include 1) Former Dean of University of Miami Law, Patricia White, 2) Senior NBA draft analyst, Matt Babcock, 3) Director of the Sports Business Management program at UCF, Scott Bukstein, 4) Business Manager with 22 years of experience in the NBA (including managing Ray Allen & Ja Morant), Orin Mayers, and 5) Keith Kreiter, founder of Edge Sports International, a professional athlete representation agency with 20+ years of experience representing clients in the NBA and professional leagues around the world.

Michael has demonstrated his expertise at an early age and has already negotiated multiple player contracts, various brand and endorsement deals, business development deals, and helped organize player camps and charity events across the nation. He has utilized the power of social media and brand building to connect with hundreds of businesses and negotiate deals with companies like Ticketmaster, Sony, Gatorade, Wilson, EA Sports, and several more.
