About the Founder
Michael Raymond

Michael Raymond is the President and Founder of Raymond Representation, a Sports and Talent Agency specializing in NIL and talent management. He represents a diverse roster of pro athletes, influencers, college athletes, and brands. Known for his strategic deal-making and authentic client relationships, Raymond has negotiated over eight figures in partnerships with companies like Ticketmaster, Sony, Gatorade, and Wilson.
A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law with a focus in Sports and Entertainment, Raymond began his career by securing player contracts, endorsement deals, and organizing impactful charity events. His work with the Ray of Hope Foundation, alongside mentor Orin Mayers and NBA legend Ray Allen, helped bring computer labs to underserved communities in Florida.
Raymond Representation continues to lead with integrity, focusing on brand building, long-term partnerships, and client-first service—while expanding into new sports, signing top-tier talent, and making a lasting impact on and off the field.
